RETURN POLICY - BASICS

Deep Visas Ltd offers a clear refund policy to ensure customer satisfaction when using our services to secure US visa appointments. This policy applies to all services provided by Deep Visas Ltd and is intended to outline our commitment to customer service and fair practices.

WHAT SHOULD BE INCLUDED IN A RETURN POLICY?

  • Return Eligibility:
    If a US visa appointment cannot be made within 15 days of the order date, a full refund will be issued. This ensures that our customers are treated fairly and are not charged if an appointment cannot be made.

  • Return Process:
    Refund requests are processed immediately. Upon confirmation that the appointment was not secured, the full amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method used for the transaction.

  • Free Rescheduling:
    If the appointment cannot be made within the 15-day period, we will assist our customers with free rescheduling so that they can make an appointment as soon as possible.
