WHAT SHOULD BE INCLUDED IN A RETURN POLICY?
Return Eligibility:
If a US visa appointment cannot be made within 15 days of the order date, a full refund will be issued. This ensures that our customers are treated fairly and are not charged if an appointment cannot be made.Return Process:
Refund requests are processed immediately. Upon confirmation that the appointment was not secured, the full amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method used for the transaction.Free Rescheduling:
If the appointment cannot be made within the 15-day period, we will assist our customers with free rescheduling so that they can make an appointment as soon as possible.
